I’m probably just an average girl who likes to believe I’m not like anyone you have ever met. My opinions don’t line up with the status quo. I like to play the devil’s advocate to find out why people think the way they do. My views on the world challenge me to think out of the box. I’ve been labeled loud with a strong personality. I’ve been described as an optimist, a strong person, and some even say I’m brave. However, I am just me. I don’t think I have a strong personality or think I’m a strong person. I am no more brave, than anyone else. I don’t try to be any of those things. I am just me, and everything that comes along with it.
I’ve wanted to start a blog for a long time, but just never have. My iPad is filled with half written stories and blogging ideas. Sometimes I get stuck wondering who will read what I have to say. Sometimes I get stuck in the blackhole of “How to start a blog” The set up process can be over whelming with domains, and web hosting, and SEO’s and so much more than just writing once a day. Mostly I get stuck on picking a niche. I’m not always traveling (although I wish I was). I’m not always shooting my Nikon FM (although I wish I was). I’m Not an expert chef; I just like to eat healthy. I’m not an avid cyclist; I just ride to commute. I do have a bucket list item to cycle a country though. The only thing I’m really good at, and even this might only be slightly above average, is surviving my own life. I’m not your poster child for adversity or anything too extreme, and I’m not the most successful person in my high school graduating class. I’m just me. I follow the road my heart tells me to take, wherever it may lead.
Sometimes this road has led to mistakes but I NEVER regret those mistakes. Each road, each turn, each bump, each flat tire, each ditch, has been a journey that has led me here, to a life I love; a life worth living; a life worth improving; a person worth improving; a person worth loving. This blog is my story. It’s my opinion. It’s my hobbies. It’s my trials and tribulations. It’s my photography. It’s my goals. It’s my motivation and my hope for a better tomorrow. It’s my internet footprint. It is…me…forever on the internet
Affirmations that speak to me
I am consistent and dedicated enough to turn my dreams into reality.
I radiate love wherever I go. I have nice words for everyone I meet.
Time waits for no one. I will stop procrastinating as of right now.
